Kaela Kennedy, new VP at Advantage Bank

Advantage Bank, headquartered in Spencer, with an additional branch in Midwest City, has promoted Kaela Kennedy to the position of Vice President, in addition to her current roles as Human Resources Officer and Network Administrator. Kennedy joined the teller staff at Advantage Bank in 2007. She trained for the IT position in 2011 and began adding Human Resources duties shortly thereafter. She was named HR Officer in June of 2014, and Vice President at the June 16, 2015 meeting of the Board of Directors.

Kaela is currently attending Southern Nazarene University to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. She has completed several management programs and she is also a board member of the Horizon Bankers, which is an affiliate of the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma. She grew up in the Choctaw/Nicoma Park area and currently resides in Midwest City.
