Oklahoma City Metro

I-35 lanes shifted, speed limit reduced in Norman

Drivers can expect lane shifts and a reduced speed limit on I-35 between Main St. and the South Canadian River for ongoing interchange reconstruction at SH-9 East and Lindsey St. Drivers should expect delays on I-35, especially during peak travel periods. Plan extra time or consider an alternate route such as SH-77H (Sooner Road).

SH-9 lanes shifted, speed limit reduced at 36th Ave. S.E. in Norman

Drivers can expect lane shifts and a reduced speed limit on SH-9 between 36th Ave. S.E. and 72nd Ave. S.E. in Norman for highway reconstruction and widening.

US-77 (Broadway) narrowed, lanes shifted at 33rd St. in Edmond

• The southbound US-77 (Broadway) left turn lanes to eastbound 33rd St. are narrowed to one lane for intersection reconstruction
• Northbound US-77 (Broadway) is narrowed to two lanes and the northbound Broadway left turn lanes to westbound 33rd St. are narrowed to one lane
• Eastbound and westbound 33rd St. is narrowed to one lane through the intersection. Drivers may still turn right or left at the intersection.

SH-74 (Portland Ave.) lanes shifted through April ***FIND ALTERNATE ROUTE***

SH-74 traffic is shifted to the recently paved west frontage road between Memorial Rd. and N.W. 164th St. Drivers are strongly urged to avoid the area entirely, but if traveling through, avoid left turns during rush hour, remain alert and plan for extra time.

I-40 Business narrowed near El Reno

I-40 Business is narrowed to one lane in each direction at I-40 west of El Reno for bridge rehabilitation.

Compress Ave., S.W. 3rd St. closed in downtown Oklahoma City

Drivers can expect the following city street closures for work on the Oklahoma City Boulevard:

• Compress Ave. east of E.K. Gaylord Blvd. and south of Oklahoma Ave. in Bricktown as part of the construction of the new OKC Boulevard.
• S.W. 3rd St. at the E.K. Gaylord Blvd. intersection.
• The speed limit remains reduced to 35 mph and drivers should be especially aware of a bump in the pavement as they approach the new intersection at S.W. 3rd St.

Meridian Ave. narrowed at S.W. 29th St. in Oklahoma City

Meridian Ave. is narrowed to one lane in each direction between S.W. 29th St. and just north of S.W. 15th St. for a resurfacing and widening project in partnership with the City of Oklahoma City.

 

Tulsa Metro

I-244 lanes, ramps closed in Tulsa

• East and westbound I-244 is narrowed to two lanes in each direction from near the US-75 junction (northeast corner of the IDL) to near Memorial Dr. for pavement reconstruction.
• The westbound I-244 off-ramps to Harvard Ave. and to Delaware Ave. are closed.
• The east and westbound on-ramps from Sheridan Dr. are closed.

US-169 ramp closed at 56th St. North

The northbound US-169 on-ramp from 56th St. North and the left lane of east and westbound 56th St. North at the US-169 junction are closed as part of a widening project.

• Drivers should be alert to slower speeds and narrowed lanes on north and southbound US-169 between 56th St. North and 66th St. North.

SH-11 (Peoria Ave.) closed, detoured near 36th St. North

SH-11 (Peoria Ave.) is closed just north of E. 36th St. North and just south of E. 86th St. North for bridge replacement. Traffic is detoured on US-75 and SH-20.

US-75 narrowed at SH-20

Drivers can expect various lane closures on north and southbound US-75 from the SH-20 junction to near the Tulsa/Washington County line for pavement rehabilitation.

SH-51 narrowed near SH-97

The right lane of westbound SH-51 is closed six miles west of the SH-97 junction due to surface damage.

US-75A narrowed near SH-117 in Sapulpa

North and southbound US-75A is narrowed south of SH-117 (Taft Ave.) for bridge rehabilitation.

US-69 narrowed near Stringtown, Atoka and Pittsburg Co.

US-69 is narrowed to one lane in each direction between Stringtown and Kiowa for cable barrier and resurfacing projects.

I-40 narrowed, SH-152 closed in Sayre, Beckham Co.

I-40 is narrowed to one lane in each direction at SH-152 and SH-152 is closed to through traffic at I-40 for bridge rehabilitation. Traffic is detoured on I-40 and US-283.

US-281 narrowed near Gracemont, Caddo Co.

US-281 is narrowed to one lane with signals directing traffic two miles south of Gracemont for bridge rehabilitation.

US-277 narrowed near Cyril, Caddo Co.

US-277 is narrowed to one lane with signals directing traffic two miles south of SH-19 for bridge rehabilitation.

I-40 narrowed east of Hinton, Canadian Co.

I-40 is narrowed to one lane in each direction between US-281 and US-281 Spur, east of Hinton, for bridge reconstruction.

SH-53 narrowed near Gene Autry, Carter Co.

SH-53 is narrowed to one lane with signals directing traffic three miles west of US-177 for bridge rehabilitation.

SH-43 narrowed near Coalgate, Coal Co.

SH-43 is narrowed to one lane with signals directing traffic one mile east of US-75 for bridge replacement.

US-70 narrowed near SH-65, Cotton Co.

US-70 is narrowed to one lane with signals directing traffic two miles west of SH-65 for bridge rehabilitation.

SH-5A closed near US-277/US-281, Cotton Co.

SH-5A is closed one mile east of US-277/US-281 for an Oklahoma Turnpike Authority bridge project.

I-40 narrowed near Clinton, Custer Co.

I-40 is narrowed to one lane in each direction from I-40B east of Clinton to near Weatherford (mile marker 69 to 77) for resurfacing and bridge rehabilitation.

SH-44 closed, detoured near Foss, Custer Co.

SH-44 is closed five miles north of I-40. Traffic is detoured to I-40, SH-34 and SH-73.

US-412/US-64 narrowed near Enid, Garfield Co.

US-412/US-64 is narrowed to one lane in each direction seven miles east of US-81 for intersection modification.

US-81 narrowed near Jefferson, Grant Co.

US-81 is narrowed to one lane with signals directing traffic four miles north of US-60 for bridge rehabilitation.

US-377/SH-99 closed, detoured near Tishomingo, Johnston Co.

US-377/SH-99 is closed just south of Tishomingo for bridge replacement. Traffic is detoured on SH-22, SH-1 and SH-199.

I-35 narrowed near Blackwell, Kay Co.

I-35 is narrowed to one lane in each direction south of SH-11 for a bridge removal project.

US-183 and US-62 closed, detoured near Snyder, Kiowa Co.

US-183 is closed at US-62 and all traffic is detoured to US-62 and US-62B back to US-183 in Snyder. All US-62 traffic is also detoured on US-62B through Snyder.

SH-54 narrowed near Gotebo, Kiowa Co.

SH-54 is narrowed to one lane with signals directing traffic six miles south of SH-9 for bridge rehabilitation.

I-35 narrowed near Marietta Wednesday morning, Love Co.

Northbound I-35 is narrowed to one lane just south of Marietta (mm 12) until noon Wednesday for weigh and inspection station construction. All lanes will be open during the holiday.

I-40 narrowed at Pierce Rd., McIntosh Co.

I-40 is narrowed to one lane in each direction at Pierce Rd. (mm 255) for bridge rehabilitation.

US-69 narrowed near Checotah, McIntosh Co.

Drivers can expect various lane closures on US-69 between SH-150 and the Muskogee Co. line for cable barrier installation project.

US-69 narrowed near Muskogee, Muskogee Co.

US-69 is narrowed to one lane in each direction three miles north of US-62 for bridge rehabilitation.

US-177 narrowed, speed reduced near SH-15, Noble Co.

The shoulders on north and southbound US-177 are closed and the speed limit is reduced just south of SH-15 for intersection modification.

I-40 narrowed in Henryetta, Okmulgee Co.

I-40 is narrowed to one lane in each direction between the US-75/US-62/Indian Nation Turnpike interchange and US-75B for pavement rehabilitation.

US-59 closed, detoured near Afton, Ottawa Co.

US-59 is closed two miles south of the US-60 West junction for bridge replacement. Traffic is detoured on US-60 and SH-125.

US-69 narrowed near Kiowa, Pittsburg Co.

Northbound US-69 is narrowed to one lane five miles north of SH-63 for surface work.

SH-19/SH-3W narrowed near Ada, Pontotoc Co.

SH-19/SH-3W is narrowed to one lane in each direction just west of the SH-19/SH-3 interchange for bridge rehabilitation.

I-40 narrowed near Vian, Sequoyah Co.

Drivers can expect various lane closures on east and westbound I-40 between one mile east of SH-82 and Dwight Mission Rd. (mm 303) for pavement rehabilitation.

SH-152 closed, detoured near Dill City, Washita Co.

SH-152 is closed three miles east of SH-44 for bridge replacement. Traffic is detoured on US-183, SH-55 and SH-44.

SH-55 closed, detoured near Sentinel, Washita Co.

SH-55 is closed five miles east of SH-6 for bridge replacement. Traffic is detoured on SH-6, SH-152 and SH-44.

SH-50 narrowed near Mooreland, Woodward Co.

SH-50 is narrowed to one lane with signals directing traffic five miles north of US-183 for bridge rehabilitation.
