Soccer signing

Carl Albert soccer player Ciara Mitchell, center, signs a letter to intent to play with the University of Central Oklahoma next season. Mitchell, a midfielder and forward, is a four-year starter with 33 goals and 55 assists heading into her senior season. She was the team’s leading scorer the past two seasons, and led the state in assists during the 2011 season.
